ABOUT NOELLE
A colleague once called me the ‘engine’ of a brand – an enabler who brings brand and commerce together to help energize founder vision to action. Having worked in retail and brands, for over 25yrs, and consulted with over 20 beauty brand founders, been a founder myself of Filthy Gorgeous London and Palette Beauty, I also helped create the impactful strategy of one of the most industry groundbreaking brands, Charlotte Tilbury, I understand how precious founder vision is. However, I also know how hard it can be to bring that to reality and develop from launch to next stage growth and scale.
I started my career in fashion and beauty retailing and have always been passionate about staying close to the customer. However, I see the dissatisfaction of beauty customers, despite a plethora of choice and innovation, coupled with the frustration of Independent brands needing to scale and meet their consumer. I want to bring the two together, creating unique partnerships with Beauty Brand Founders and Beauty loving consumers to satisfy both needs and offer a new way to DISCOVER, EXPERIENCE, LEARN, AND LAUNCH beauty.
